3. How much are your billing services?
Billing Service fees are a small percentage of all your submitted claims. Each quote is unique to the client as a number of factors can influence price like the type of claims, number of claims and ease of coding. Please call us and ask to speak to our New Client Representative to receive a quote.
4. I am interested in Claims Manger, Claims Manager Pro or Trips Manager Pro for my Medical Practice or Billing Service, whom do I contact?

5. How much does Claims Manager, Claims Manager Pro or Trips Manager Pro cost?

6. I am a NEMT provider, does SyMed Corporation have a billing solution for me?
Yes, SyMed can help you as a billing service or you can use our billing software Trips Manager Pro which is specifically designed to make billing as easy as possible for Non Emergency Medical Transportation providers or any Medical Transportation provider.
7. Is support included with a purchase of your software?
You get free support for the first 45 days after purchase. A support contract can be entered into which includes free upgrades after this point or you can pay a fee each time you need support.
8. How much does support cost?
We offer support plans which include free upgrades and unlimited call times and email support during our normal business hours of 8:30AM to 5PM Pacific Time. You may also obtain support on a per minute basis. Call us for a quote on our support options.
9. I have Claims Manager, Claims Manager Pro or Trips Manager Pro and I need support whom do I contact?
